Teletech: Azyr And Friends at Testbed
Since early 2022, I’ve been hearing nonstop buzz about Teletech and their events—the outrageous lineups, their groundbreaking production, and those legendary day-and-night parties that have cemented Teletech as one of the UK’s premier brands. Not just in the techno scene, but as a cultural phenomenon.
Their merch? Gone in minutes with every drop. Fans eagerly drop anywhere from £20 to £200 on premium pieces without hesitation. I was lucky enough to snag an acid green Teletech t-shirt in XL, and trust me, it was worth every penny.
Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of seeing incredible artists like I Hate Models, BLK (three times!), Prospa, Mall Grab, Jansons, Interplanetary Criminal, Jason Cluff, and the unforgettable Azyr. Azyr’s energy and skill have left a lasting impression—I've seen him three times now, and each set was a masterclass in high-speed mixing and electrifying the crowd. From the very first time, I was captivated by his ability to deliver unrelenting energy while keeping everyone in the moment—no phones in sight, just pure connection.
At my most recent Teletech event, my friends and I arrived just after doors opened, and the venue was already buzzing, half full with energy in the air. It’s rare to see the opening DJ get the recognition they deserve, but this crowd was all in from the start. Azyr, who curated the lineup, chose an incredible support cast with Skiloti, The Muffin Man, and Kander—all names I’ll be watching closely from now on.
Every DJ delivered, but a standout moment was Skiloti dropping Knock Knock by Jaywoonand and GEWOONRAVES, igniting the room and taking the night to the next level. And then came Azyr’s set—a relentless storm of hardcore and techno, packed with pounding beats and euphoric energy. From start to finish, the crowd was fully immersed, a sea of Teletech t-shirts representing unwavering dedication to the brand.
This was my second Teletech event in just two months, and I’ve already got my sights set on more. Their parties span the UK and beyond, with an international presence that’s only growing. I can’t wait to attend one of their Paris events next year—it’s circled on my calendar with anticipation. If you haven’t been to a Teletech event yet, don’t wait. Their upcoming lineup promises to be nothing short of extraordinary.
A huge shoutout to Testbed and Arrival Events, along with Josh and Kane, for creating one of Leeds’ best new venues. Teletech continues to raise the bar, and I’m here for every moment of it.
