Subfocus - Endorphins (Ft. Alex Clare) (Subfocus vs Fred V & Grafix Remix)

What a transformation this remix is from the original. From the beginning of the song I was sold by the emotional and rich piano. The acoustic guitar gives it a dreamy element, yet the drums in the drop are punchy and full of energy. I love the mix of the electronic elements combined with the acoustic instruments. That guitar solo at the end is so simple but with a ton of emotion. I remember loving this back when I was a uni student. Back then I wasn’t even fully immersed in drum and bass yet but just knew I loved the sound and it took me to a place of happiness.

Bru-C & Chris Lorenzo - Introspective

This track came at the perfect time, during the height of the pandemic. I remember listening to this when I was living in Southend-On-Sea during lockdown and walking by the estuary watching the waves go by; it was the perfect soundtrack to that. Chris Lorenzo is such a versatile producer and this track paints a picture. Bru-C’s rap sits perfectly on top of the
