Boomtown Chapter Three: Revolution of Imagination Takes Over Matterley Estate

Boomtown 2024 has kicked off with a bang, transforming Winchester’s Matterley Estate into a vibrant city of music, art, and immersive storytelling. The festival opened on Thursday with spectacular ceremonies at its biggest stages, Grand Central and Origin, setting the tone for an unforgettable weekend.

Grand Central's stage featured electrifying performances from artists like Ghetts, Skream & Benga, Ezra Collective, and Sleaford Mods, while Origin was taken over by Hospitality Records, showcasing talent like High Contrast ft Dynamite, P Money x Whiney, and more.

As the weekend continues, the festival’s unique Chapter Three storyline unfolds, with election candidates interacting with festival-goers, adding a layer of narrative intrigue to the festivities. Friday's performances spanned across various genres, with standout acts like Viagra Boys, Hak Baker, Caravan Palace, and Katy B captivating audiences throughout Boomtown's numerous districts.

With over 450 acts set to perform, including Damian Marley, Earth Wind & Fire Experience, and Pendulum, Boomtown 2024 promises an epic lineup that will keep festival-goers dancing until Sunday.
