Boomtown 2025 Reveals Return of Psyforest with the All-New Anara Forest

Boomtown 2025 is about to get even more immersive as it unveils the return of a long-lost part of the festival landscape—the former Psyforest area is reimagined as Anara Forest for 2025. This new chapter of Boomtown’s evolving narrative will bring a 360° sound and visual experience like never before. After a hiatus since 2019, the forest will once again breathe new life into the festival, blending cutting-edge underground sounds with an electric, immersive atmosphere.

Set on the outskirts of Boomtown’s vibrant city, Anara Forest will be home to an eclectic lineup of bass-driven artists and collectives, promising to deliver a sonic journey through jungle, reggae, UKG, grime, drum & bass, and more.

The forest will kick off with General Levy, a legend of reggae and jungle, followed by the Brazilian drum & bass icon DJ Marky and jungle roots pioneer Congo Natty (Rebel MC). Other acts to grace Anara Forest include Mungo’s HiFi, Flowdan, and Mixtress B2B Pete Cannon, each bringing their own flavor to this vibrant, sound-system culture hub. Expect explosive performances that will see the forest come alive under the stars.

For fans of underground drum & bass, Critical Sound is back with an exclusive stage takeover, featuring the best in the genre from Enei B2B Simula, Calyx B2B Mefjus, Ed Rush & Optical, and many more. Meanwhile, EC2A, the underground powerhouse led by Dr. Dubplate, will bring its signature blend of UKG, techno, and bass energy, with the exciting addition of rising stars like Interplanetary Criminal and Malugi.

Anara Forest is poised to be a hub of cutting-edge sound and culture, with Boomtown continuing its tradition of blending music, art, and activism. As one of the most unique and progressive festivals in the UK, Boomtown 2025 promises to be a landmark year in festival history.
