Monthly Line-Up List September 18'

September marks the transitional month where we see the abundance of all day rooftop parties disappear and welcome the return of all night cooler raves. This month WHP returns in fine fashion, historical residency’s come to an end and Villalobos provides another early morning session. Enjoy!

Saturday the 1st

Collisions: Craig Richards, Ricardo Villalobos & Dave Clarke @ fabric, London

Villalobos returns to fabric for another marathon set in his now legendary residency at the club. This time he’s joined by Nicholas Lutz, a friend of Ricardo’s who’s sets at J2 and Houghton festival were some of the most talked about this summer. Lutz goes b2b with Houghton founder and long-standing fabric resident Craig Richards for 5 hours before RV delivers his 6-hour morning finale. The harder hitting sounds of Rm 2 from Dave Clarke and Mr Jones should do nothing but complement that of Rm 1. Biggg one.

Saturday the 8th

Tokyo Fantasy x Dance Party with James Priestley b2b Roman K @ The Cause, London

Tokyo Fantasy link up with Dance Party to bring together this treat of a BBQ shindig to mark the end of the summer. After James Priestly spent a memorable night at ‘Closer’, Kiev’s hottest club, he asked burgeoning resident Roman K to join him for a session at North London’s new spot, The Cause. They’ll go b2b for 3 hours and are joined by some of the scenes rising stars in Coe and T. Margos. And like all events at The Cause, 50% of the events revenue goes to charity so it’s all for a good… cause.

Saturday the 15th

fabric: Hot Since 82, Luigi Madonna, DeWalta & Shannon, D'Julz @ fabric, London

Hot Since 82 last played at fabric 6 years ago as a warm-up act for ‘about 6 people’, since then he’s gone on to become one of the worlds best minimal tech-house producers. His own critically acclaimed personal imprints and work on his Knee Deep in Sound label have forged a lasting place for him in dance music history. Elsewhere on the bill we see the innovative Drumcode regular Luigi Madonna make his fabric debut, Rex Club legend D’Julz and DeWalta & Shannon play live. Something for everybody in this one.

Saturday the 15th

FOLD presents: Ilian Tape Takeover / Zenker Brothers, Stenny, Andrea @ FOLD, London

After FOLD’s successful opening in last month the 15th will mark the clubs first major label night, featuring the world renowned Illian Tape. Label bosses in the Zenker Brothers top the bill, bringing their pristine collection of Detroit influenced minimal techno and breaks. Alongside them are Stenny and Andrea who have been making waves with the label over the last year. A forward-thinking label night at one of London’s newest forward-thinking clubs.

Friday the 21st

Oval Space with Octave One Live, DJ Bone, Claro Intelecto @ Oval Space, London

What a night to mark the end of DJ Bone’s residency at Oval Space. The CDJ master calls upon the legendary Octave One to make a rare London appearance, showcasing their limit-pushing live show. The more eclectic Claro Intellecto will also play live on the night, which in of itself should make it worth the trip. Hearing ‘Peace of Mind’ in a club setting on a system as good as theirs should make for a very special moment.

Saturday the 22nd

Welcome To The Warehouse @ Store Street Warehouse, Manchester

Ah yes, WHP returns to Manchester’s Store Street for one final season, and what a season they have in store for us. My pick for this month has to be the mammoth opening party line-up that features the scenes biggest stars and rising figures. Covering a wide array of sounds, the night will jump across genres to keep everybody entertained no matter what stage you find yourself at. History.

Friday the 28th

Natural Selection presents Detroit Swindle @ Headrow House, Leeds.

Headrow House play host to the Dutch duo Detoit Swindle, who continue in their ascent to the very top of their game. After catching them at Phonox during their month-long residency earlier this year, it’s safe to say the all-night format is the best way to see them. From start to finish the night was sound tracked perfectly. They’ll be sure to put on a show for the Headrow faithful so cop a ticket while you still can.

Friday the 28th

Ross From Friends (Live), Space Dimension Controller (Live), Willow, Hodge, Facta and More @ Hope Works, Sheffield

Ross From Friends comes to the end of his live tour with a performance at Sheffield’s Hope Works. The club makes a welcome return to this feature with an incredible line-up to kick off another great season of events. The inimitable Space Dimension Controller also plays live on the night in what will be his last UK appearance of the year. And the increasingly intriguing Willow and triple-threat of Wisdom Teeth top off the bill. All set to be a good one.

Saturday the 29th

Superstition & Trouble Vision present Job Jobse All Night Long @ Village Underground, London

Very excited for this one as Job Jobse plays all night at Shoreditch’s infamous Village Underground. After another year of killing it around the world and an incredible BR at AVA Fest in June, this one marks his final UK appearance of 2018. A master of the extended set, watch him spin through house, disco, italo and everything in between for 8 hours! It’ll be an absolute treat to be at this one.

Saturday the 29th

HAAi: Final Closing Party @ Phonox, London

And finally, Haai closes out her 2-year residency at Phonox. Over this period, she’s gone from a relatively unknown Australian to one of the most in demand DJ’s in 2018. The successful launch of her label Coconut Beats in 2017 created a place for her to put out her first productions as Haai and spawned the now wildly successful party series at the club. See this chapter in the club’s short history end and celebrate the next one beginning for Haai. The club’s next resident is due to be announced on the Wednesday after.
